You should do something good for you. You have always given so much of yourself to others, why can't you do the same thing for you? You could book a time at a health spar or take a vacation where all you do is just read and have fun. Invite your friend over for drinks in the middle of the week and just enjoy being chilled out. These experiences which are not work related will help decrease your menopause fatigue and you will renew your energy levels to their highest peek.
Even going for a pedicure or a manicure can be a way to rid you of menopause fatigue. Don't put your body at risk of shutting down on you. You still have every right to experience your life to its fullest potential.
Now if you think it is off and do not take any precaution, then during that time you can definitely get pregnant!
